Scooter safety- hold on tight
Yesterday we hired a scooter and rode down to some ancient monuments, the scooter was a bit clapped out but got us there. Ancient aquaduct was tough to find, down back cobbled streets are hard on the butt.
Today is Monday and we go to the post office to post some presents (don't get too excited).
It opens from 7.30 to 2.00pm Mon - Fri. At 2.00pm most places close for the afternoon siesta when things go quiet.
Found a nice taverna and Michelle ordered Mezes. Four plates - salad, white beans, small fish and octopus. Very tasty.
Then Siesta time, great.
