Chios is one of the larger Greek Islands,close to the coast of Turkey.
We are staying at a citrus farm.

We had a walk around the local area and found a small place open for lunch. The Talimi Taverna had the usual suspects playing backgammon out front and a waitress who was about 12 years old. We ordered the special 'Talimi' salad with artichokes, bean, onions, tomatos and the special 'Talimi' pork sausage dish. The accompanying serving of fresh bread was enough for a family.
